10-Person maximum capacity
Due to the operating restrictions set by the state government, we can only have maximum of 10 members inside the gym.


Access limits
Our access system has been set to only allow 10 members to scan in at any given time. If you try to scan in but can't open the door, this means there are already 10 members inside. Therefore you'll need to either wait outside until someone scans out before you can scan in, or come back another time and try again. 

In order to keep an accurate head count on the system, it is crucial to remember to bring your own key fob and always scan in AND out correctly at all times.

Please help us by keeping your workout routine time efficient and be flexible with visiting hours, so that we can accommodate as many members as possible.


Advance booking system
In order to give all members a fair chance to attend the gym, we have set up a temporary booking system for weekday visits and here is how it works: 

Available Booking Period - Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm

You can pre-book a one-hour workout session to guarantee your visit. Bookings can only be made on the hour (e.g. 7-8am) with the last session being 6-7pm. Each member can book one session per day, up to one week in advance.

Although it is not compulsory to book in advance, we highly recommend pre-bookings, especially for more popular hours of the day (typically 7-10am & 4-7pm on weekdays) to avoid disappointment. Any members without pre-booking may be asked to leave early to accommodate pre-booked members. 

Advance bookings are not available outside the hours above or for weekends. Access will be on 'first come, first served' bases, with capacity limit controlled via our access system. 

How to book

Please contact us from 7am to 7pm on weekdays or 9am to 1pm on Saturdays via one of the following ways:

  3. See us at reception during the hours above.

Bookings through other channels cannot be guaranteed. If you send a request outside the hours above, we may not be able to confirm your booking until staff return.


Compulsory QR Code Check In
When visiting the gym, you MUST SCAN QR CODE TO CHECK IN. You will see our QR code displayed at the reception area. If you don't have a compatible device, please write you details down on the record sheet at the reception.


Face masks
You need to wear a face mask when not exercising, including when entering and exiting the gym. During exercise, you can take the face mask off if you cannot breathe properly, but always remember to keep one with you.


Social distancing
Keep at least 1.5m of floor space from others.


Hand hygiene
Please use hand sanitiser provided regularly and wash your hands properly after using the toilet.


Equipment wipe down
All equipment should be wiped down after use with the antibacterial wipes provided. This includes everything you touched such as pins, weights, attachments, handles, seats. BYO gym mat if you wish. Staff will also clean equipment and amenities frequently each day.


Sweat towels & drink bottles
BYO sweat towel and use it at all times. The drinking bubbler will be unavailable for use but you are welcome to refill your own bottle from the tap. Bottled water can also be purchased from the vending machine (card payment only).


Illness
Please do not come to the gym if you are unwell. Members displaying symptoms of illness will be asked to leave immediately.
