No. My 24/7 Gym does not have a long term contract for regular memberships. Simply inform us in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled payment and no further payments will be deducted from your account. Ask any of our team if you need the scheduled payment dates.
Payments are made each two weeks by direct debit from your bank account or credit card. (Visa and Mastercard)
You can stop your membership anytime by sending us an email or dropping in to complete a cancellation form. That's it!
Prices will be reviewed each 12 months and if they are increased, you will receive 60 days notice. Remember you can cancel with no contract penalty on our regular memberships.
You can reactivate your membership at anytime but a rejoining fee may applied.
You will have your own key fob that gives you access to the gym 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you are a casual user, you can only visit the gym when staff are on duty.
If you have a membership with 24-hour access, My 24/7 Gym is open EVERY day of the year. However casual visits are only available when staff are on duty.
If your friend is not a member, they can only attend the gym when staff are on duty and pay the casual entry fee.
Yes, we already have some fantastic personal trainers to assist you with your health and fitness goals.
Classes are not available at My 24/7 Gym, however one of our personal trainers hosts regular classes just over the bridge in Newhaven.
Yes. My 24/7 Gym has two showers and two toilets on site, plus one shower and toilet for members who require disabled facilities.
Yes you can for a casual entry fee but only when staff are on duty.
My 24/7 Gym is a 24-hour member facility. Staff are on site for casual sessions and general enquiries from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. For new sign ups outside of these hours, please contact us on 03 5678 5533 during staff hours, we may be able to organise a time outside standard hours.
